The position is available across our European hubs, including Paris (France), Lisbon (Portugal), Bucharest (Romania) and Belgrade (Serbia). Our work arrangement is hybrid, with a requirement of two days per week in the office.
Convert: Convert is Gorgias' suite of revenue optimization products that help our Merchants increase their conversion rate, grow AOVs, and reduce bounce rate. We've repeatedly proven that with Convert, Merchants can increase their GMV and provide every shopper with a personalized shopping experience.
CRM Growth: The Growth team is working towards PLG (product-led growth) in order to help our products sell each other, and allow for true self-serve customer journey (with flexible trials, billing cadences and more). On top of that, the growth team maintains Gorgias billing, from billing and usage pages to in-app paywalls, to data pipelines reporting usage to our invoicing system.
CRM Developer Relations: The DevRel team provides a secure way to authenticate to any Gorgias modules, allowing external developers, partners and customers to access our public API. We vet new endpoints and guide other teams in their effort to offer as much API as possible to our ecosystem. This growing ecosystem is managed via an AppStore that we manage and for which we vet any new application.
5+ years of experience in full-stack development, working with both frontend (React.Js, Angular, VueJS) and backend (Python, NodeJS, Java, C#, C++, GO, Ruby) technologies.
