Your Impact

We are hiring a highly motivated and skilled Delivery Manager to lead customer delivery projects. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of critical projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners. This role might require frequent travel to customer sites and Mambu Payments / Numeral offices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of customer delivery projects involving multiple stakeholders, complex scopes, internal and external dependencies, and strict timelines
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time through thoughtful planning, dynamic project management, stakeholder management, and proactive resolution of blockers
  • Ensure project scope completion while avoiding scope creep
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes to align internal teams, customers, and partners
  • Provide visibility over project progress, milestones, next steps, and blockers
  • Continuously build and improve Mambu Payments / Numeral’s customer project delivery knowledge base and processes

Key Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a project management or professional services role in a demanding environment (consulting, banking, enterprise software, etc.)
  • Strong project planning skills combined with a solution-oriented approach and bias for action
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they happen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with financial technology and banking and payment infrastructure is a plus
