Business Analyst Stagiaire/Intern (Paris Office)

As an Accounts Payable Intern, your main focus will be accurately recording invoices and making timely payments for the entities you're assigned to. You'll ensure that all accounting follows policies and procedures and communicate effectively to minimize departmental risks. Your role is important for daily financial operations and maintaining good supplier relationships. Expect to work under tight deadlines, especially during month-end close activities. You'll also have chances to participate in projects and growth initiatives as you progress in the company.
Responsibilities

• Manual & automated invoice processing for the assigned entities.
• Timely and accurate batch & manual payments to suppliers and employees.
• Reconciliations for AP-related accounts.
• Continuous improvement on DPO/IC processes.
• Monitoring and improving the Purchase to Pay process.

Qualifications - External

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Dutch university for the duration of the internship
• Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the area of Finance, Economics, Accounting or related
• Proficiency in English
• Available for 6 months
• Starting as soon as possible
