24-month rotational Engineering Graduate Program

You dream of joining a transforming industry where excellence and savoir-faire are core to the business strategy. You would like to discover a variety of functions thanks to frequent job rotations; putting into practice the skills recently acquired at engineering school and participate in demanding and exciting assignments.

What does this program consist of?

This development program is made for recently graduated engineers who want to build a thorough understanding of a transforming industry. During a 24-month program, you will complete 4 rotations of 6 months within our Manufacturing, Operations and Corporate teams. These rotations will provide you with valuable perspective on operational management and leadership within a global luxury company.

The program will start with a first rotation in Switzerland, and will be followed by rotations across our different entities in Switzerland (Villars-sur-Glâne, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Le Locle, Geneva), in France (Paris) and/or in Italy (Turin). This will enable you to be immersed in different environments, such as our jewelry and watchmaking manufacturing, supply-chain operations as well as our business management and marketing activities. Together, these rotations will constitute a solid foundation for a career at Cartier.

What profiles are we looking for?

This graduate program is for recently graduated engineers, including those with a double diploma from a Business School. We are looking for candidates with a passion for creating timeless beauty, driven by technical excellence, and possessing a strong innovative spirit to push the boundaries of our creativity and our technical achievements. You will need to be geographically mobile across Switzerland, France and Italy during the duration of the program, and are prepared to relocate regularly for a period of 24 months. You are fluent in French and English, additional languages such as Italian are a plus.
