GLOBAL MARKETING – GIFTING & TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT LANCASTER (SKINCARE)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Gifting & Trade Marketing Assistant, you will report to the Senior Global Gifting & Trade Project Manager within Lancaster Global Marketing Team. You will also work closely with Development Product Managers (Skincare & Suncare), Digital and Merchandising teams.

1. GIFTING DEVELOPMENT MISSIONS

Join our team and support the Senior Global Gifting & Trade Project Manager in defining promotional plans and managing daily tasks to ensure product development in the gifting category (gift sets, GWP, limited editions, brand collaterals).

Campaign Development & Execution:

• Assist in defining the offers for the two annual campaigns (Summer & Christmas), including gift sets and GWP, to match local needs and achieve market business goals.
• Participate in briefing external agencies (gift sets) and suppliers (Gift with Purchase) for campaign concepts and design.
• Design coordination: Review artwork, coordinate print trials with agencies, and ensure quality control.
• Participate in offerings creation (toolbox)
• Shooting assets (Gwps, Giftsets, Art of gifting)
• Publish e-retailer texts and 3D images on DAM.

Brand Collaterals Development (Art of gifting):

• Support the creation of brand collaterals, including permanent elements for Art of Gifting.
• Conduct competitive reviews.

Benchmarking :

• Define best-in-class benchmarks to inspire creativity and commercial interest in our offers.

1. TRADE MARKETING MISSIONS

Markets Support :

• Communicate with markets to support their initiative plans (launch plans), forecasts, and activations for launches.
• Ensure the correct assortment of items in all markets, adhering to the Global proposal and discontinuation plan.
• Track performance at the market level, analyzing trends and KPIs against comparable benchmarks.
• Evaluate and report on sell-in and sell-out post-launch at a Global level.

Merchandising :

• Update with your manager permanent marketing materials in collaboration with the merchandising team & product managers.
• Ensure the adaptation of merchandising materials across countries (shelves, FSU).

POS Retailtainment :

• Develop with your manager & merchandising team new tools and engaging activations for temporary podiums and PR events in-store.

Education Tools :

• Coordinate the update of educational materials for markets, such as brochures and consultation cards in collaboration with the education team.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• Passionate and curious about the beauty industry.
• Already have a 1st experience in marketing.
• Autonomous, action and solution-oriented profile.
• Agility to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Rigorous with strong attention to details and organized to ensure perfect execution in due timings on different projects.
• Good team player with multi-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
