The Hallgarten Apprenticeship Programme is an 18-month initiative designed to foster the development of new talent within the wine industry, offering a comprehensive perspective from vineyard to table.
As a Head Start apprentice, you will gain exposure to various aspects of Hallgarten & Novum Wines' operations, including time at the head office in Luton, customer services, finance, marketing, brand management, and hands-on harvest experience with key European partners.

The successful candidate will need to commute to Luton for the duration of the apprenticeship. The start date is September 2024.
