The Sales Organization / Team

The Sales Organization at Yseop is the primary connection to our customers and prospects; focusing on driving revenue in new accounts and expanding our presence with existing customers. The Sales team will be based in NYC and Paris.

Your mission

The Sales Manager Role and Responsibilities :

• Represent Yseop and its products to pharmaceutical companies interested in automating r&d documentation.
• Manage the sales cycle, effectively leveraging a value selling approach to drive license revenue in the territory.
• Meet, then exceed quota by signing new biopharmaceutical companies.
• Perform lead generation campaigns directly, with the Marketing team, or our partner community.
• Work with the Customer Success team to ensure our customers are successful leveraging Yseop's solutions helping them find new ways to add value with Yseop across their organizations.
• Represent Yseop at external marketing events.
• Accurately forecast in Salesforce.

Your profile

• You will be successful if you have / are :
• Experience managing complex sales across the enterprise.
• An ability to effectively interact with customers’ senior leaders.
• An understanding of SaaS revenue recognition structures.
• Experience working with large life science companies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A self-starter and able to work independently.
• 5+ years of quota-carrying experience.
• A strong record of achieving revenue quotas and experience working with partners.
