For our client textile industry French start-up, we are looking for aProject Management Officer. As a PMO you will play a pivotal role in advancing our clients project management strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement inventive approaches. The position entails enhancing project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and sustainability goals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CTO to formulate and execute project roadmaps in alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor project advancements, ensuring congruence with OKRs and overarching goals.
Effectively manage and coordinate the allocation of resources to technical projects for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
Supervise project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved, and resources are distributed judiciously.
Identify and assess project risks, implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
Requirements:
Experience as a PMO Manager or similar (in an R&D or technology-driven environment)
Ability to work closely with the CTO to align project strategies with overall business objectives.
Degree in Management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in tracking and analyzing project data
Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
Familiarity with OKRs and their application in project management.
