Reporting to the VP Communications of Moët Hennessy, the Head of Partnerships & Influence leads and develops Moët Hennessy’s corporate strategy. He/she designs and implements impactful Partnerships programs in order to develop Moët Hennessy global visibility, awareness and strengthen its reputation. The Head of Partnerships & Influence leads Public Relations (KOL, Celebs…) worldwide managing international, France as well as emerging Maisons’ and Brands’ corporate influence. With his/her team, he/she is responsible for the coordination of all the needed contacts for partnerships worldwide (markets, regions, Maisons…). He/she is in charge of all the digital strategy (central strategy, international guidelines, build a MH “influent friend” network…), the management of our social networks (Insta, FB, LinkedIn…) and the content production.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and implement the partnerships WW plan to be shared with markets/regions.
  2. Elaborate the needed central communications tools (global content, guidelines…).
  3. Coordination of the Markets / Regions / Maisons.
  4. Building up and animate a WW influent network for Moët-Hennessy (KOL, VIPs, Celebrities,…)
  5. Organize top High-end diners for MH/CEO.
  6. Strategic and operational support for Maisons/Markets thanks to this network.
  7. Include/involve LVMH key contacts to support and participate to our partnerships & events.

Digital

  1. Planning out the digital strategy at group level.
  2. Representing the communication department within this community.

Monitoring

  1. Monitoring and social listening tools management and coordination.
  2. Daily monitoring management.
  3. Alert system setup management.
  4. Reporting on communication actions management.
  5. Setting up a systematic media reporting system to gather and relay the main media communications and actions.
  6. Standardization of a digital impact assessment system for all brands within the group.
  7. External promotion of the actions undertaken by Moët Hennessy communication department.

Profile

  1. Minimum 10-year experience in global communications in luxury and/or wines & spirits and/or gastronomy.
  2. Strong knowledge of global influence / digital strategy and Partnerships.
  3. Strategic thinker.
  4. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, extremely organized and ability to prioritize.
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally across different departments to eliminate silos and achieve aligned objectives.
  6. A natural relationship builder with the ability to work well in complex and matrix environment.
  7. Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
