Within the scope of the Global Tech team (IT & Digital @Sephora), we develop within the Governance Enterprise Services team, the processes, tools and organization necessary for Back Office tools (Enterprise Services = Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, Offer, and HR). In particular all those that allow a better collaboration between local, regional and global teams in order to be able to anticipate, plan, prepare, and implement the projects necessary for the development of our business.
After a project phase, we strengthen the team during the ramp up of processes to strengthen the new processes and governance at the global level, in particular on the demand management process, by ensuring the defined processes are applied and that benefits are realized.
