Job Description

You are part of our team in the Financial Planning & Analysis department, which is looking for a management controller. Within the Financial Planning & Analysis department, which is made up of around 20 people, you will actively participate in the continuity of recurring activities (monthly reports, data quality check, interaction with affiliates and other support functions...) as well as the progress of various projects allowing the team to evolve tools and processes to adapt to the evolution of the company’s activity and organization.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

• Monitor the funds' liabilities and data quality;
• Validate monthly transactions and respond to ad hoc requests from affiliates or support functions;
• Administer the repository and take charge of monthly recurring reporting;
• Contribute to the digitization/automation of team reports;
• Participate in the implementation of projects in the division.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

From a higher education with a specialization in audit/control of management or banking-finance, you have first experience in similar functions.
You are proficient in:

• Common computer tools;
• The particularities of the world of asset management and finance.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

• Recognized for your adaptability and team spirit.

You have a command of English at level B2.
