As a Vendor Management Office (VMO) Lead, your main objective is to structure and drive the execution of our Key Vendor Program, fostering strategic partnerships.
Your responsibilities include:
The VMO lead will collaborate closely with the other VMO Lead, Key Vendor Managers, various IT stakeholders within AXA, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of the Key Vendor Program and drive vendor management strategies that align with AXA's objectives.
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
- >5-10 years of consulting experience (strong ability to structure program, design and execute ambitious roadmaps and deliverables)
- Familiarity/experience with procurement discipline and the ability to monitor and develop vendor programs
- Experiences involving supplier engagement and complex stakeholder environment
- Strategic mind-set
- Deep understanding of vendors market (mainly IT)
- Ability to converge vendor offer in the best interest of AXA
- Proficiency in creating and executing vendor management strategies, including KPIs and deliverables
- Relationship management skills – internal and external
- Skilled communicator and coordinator at different levels, incl C-level
- Proactive and driven individual with the ability to foster partnerships and opportunities with key vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and support opportunities to leverage One AXA and communicate escalations and successes effectively
