Une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur des assurances recherche un leader pour son bureau de gestion des fournisseurs. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de structurer et de piloter le programme des fournisseurs clés, favorisant des partenariats stratégiques qui augmentent la valeur pour l'organisation. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec divers intervenants, y compris des gestionnaires de fournisseurs et des équipes IT, pour garantir l'exécution réussie des stratégies de gestion des fournisseurs. Si vous êtes un communicateur proactif avec une forte capacité d'analyse et un esprit stratégique, cette position est faite pour vous. Rejoignez une équipe dynamique et contribuez à l'optimisation des dépenses externes tout en renforçant les relations avec les fournisseurs.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 ans d'expérience en conseil, avec une capacité à structurer des programmes.
  • Compréhension approfondie du marché des fournisseurs, principalement IT.

Responsabilités

  • Structurer et piloter le programme des fournisseurs clés.
  • Animer le réseau des gestionnaires de fournisseurs clés et fournir les outils nécessaires.

You will join the Group Procurement & Sourcing division. Our mission is to increase AXA Group competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end Procurement cycle of external spend (excluding Insurance procurement), while building a high performance and risk-managed supplier base. We have a global and entity Procurement presence with 2 different mandates:

As Group, we:
  1. Leverage our purchasing power through global deals & key supplier relationship management
  2. Define & share vendor risk framework & outsourcing policies
  3. Provide and manage global Procurement tools
  4. Drive responsible Procurement across AXA
  5. Engage the Procurement community
As Group Operations (GO) support function, we:
  1. Optimize the external spend by managing categories and suppliers, and challenging the demand to support AXA GO strategy
  2. Implement vendor risk framework and policies at AXA GO
  3. Develop and use local & global Procurement tools
  4. Develop responsible Procurement at AXA GO

At Procurement Partnership, we aim to enhance the Procurement function by leveraging ONE AXA voice with 3 main missions:

  1. Monitor and develop Key vendor Program as an asset to leverage AXA size and ensure Procurement Discipline with vendors
  2. Partner with GO (Products & Markets) to work proactively on demands and sourcing strategies
  3. Partner with Entities to enhance One AXA engagement model and jointly increase procurement value
About the job
Job purpose

As a Vendor Management Office (VMO) Lead, your main objective is to structure and drive the execution of our Key Vendor Program, fostering strategic partnerships.

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Structure and pilot the Key Vendor Program as well as follow-up on execution
  2. Animate Key Vendor Managers network and provide them with the necessary tools for success
  3. Secure key vendors management and governance
  4. Push One AXA Voice towards vendors
  5. Drive vendor strategy definition and encourage value creation through collaborative ideation/workshops
  6. Ensure more discipline with vendors and support opportunities to leverage One AXA
  7. Foster partnerships and opportunities with selected vendors
  8. Develop market watch activities

The VMO lead will collaborate closely with the other VMO Lead, Key Vendor Managers, various IT stakeholders within AXA, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of the Key Vendor Program and drive vendor management strategies that align with AXA's objectives.

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

- >5-10 years of consulting experience (strong ability to structure program, design and execute ambitious roadmaps and deliverables)

- Familiarity/experience with procurement discipline and the ability to monitor and develop vendor programs

- Experiences involving supplier engagement and complex stakeholder environment

Technical skills

- Strategic mind-set

- Deep understanding of vendors market (mainly IT)

- Ability to converge vendor offer in the best interest of AXA

- Proficiency in creating and executing vendor management strategies, including KPIs and deliverables

Soft skills / transversal skills

- Relationship management skills – internal and external

- Skilled communicator and coordinator at different levels, incl C-level

- Proactive and driven individual with the ability to foster partnerships and opportunities with key vendors

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and support opportunities to leverage One AXA and communicate escalations and successes effectively
