The Partner Ops Transformation person will focus and support new processes to enable accelerated growth and transformation of the business, support the re-engineering of marketing lead allocation strategy and process to increase pipeline contribution and client engagement.
Objectives:
Work within CRE Global organization to run an audit and assessment of current processes
Define and propose new processes to accelerate lead conversion rate
Measure global partners lead to pipeline conversion rate and report on regular basis on status and improvements
Invent new ways to enable and source new partners with targeted lead quality
Pilot deployment at scale of new processes with all GEOs and Partners
Contribute to overall business growth and transformation
Be measured on ability to grow lead conversion rate and accelerate development of new partners
Qualifications:
Business system integration experience required
Analytical experience with large set of data and processes
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and business development
Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of related work experience
Ability to work with global teams
English professional level is mandatory
