Real Estate Field Sales - 73/74 (N/F/H)

You will work in the field sales department, reporting to the Field Sales Manager for your area. Your mission at leboncoin is to market products for the French real estate sector directly to real estate agencies (ad distribution, visibility options, local advertising), and to support the deployment of framework agreements negotiated with networks.

Your main activities will be to:

1. Prospect a defined geographical area
2. Carry out 10 appointments/week at your prospects' and customers' premises in order to sell all the products intended for them in line with the expected sales strategy.
3. Pass on as much information as possible to your manager concerning these various customers (needs, objections, relations with their network) through reporting and your weekly meetings.
4. Achieve the quantitative and qualitative targets set for you.
5. Sign new contracts, develop sales from ongoing contracts.
6. Work on local customer relations, developing the service and advice dimension.

Qualifications:

1. You have significant sales experience as a BtoB field salesperson in a short cycle. Knowledge of and interest in the real estate market and a good knowledge of digital advertising solutions are a plus.

6. Rigor, discipline and organization are essential for the preparation and follow-up of appointments
