Apple’s Security Engineering & Architecture (SEAR) group provides security foundations across all of Apple’s innovative products including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and Vision Pro. These foundations exist from the lowest levels of the device to the services off-device which work together to protect our users. As the Lead Program Manager, you will focus on our offensive security strategy. Description

Based in Paris, you will be the primary point of contact with partners from multiple divisions to define evaluation schedules and deliverables. You will lead program management for offensive research and security certifications of all Apple products. Identifying project risks to ensure the respect of timelines will be key. Communicating the project goals and progress to management, project teams, and partners will be an important part of this role. Finally, you will be responsible for identifying process improvement, proposing solutions, and carrying through roll-out. To be successful, you will continually ask why and why not. It’s about being inquisitive in pursuit of excellence. You’ll require a willingness to adapt and modify without compromising on the outcome. When pitching ideas and rolling out projects, you’ll know how to push without rushing, when to hold back, when to engage, and when to shift focus. And above all, you’ll be driving quality, honesty, and accountability in all we do.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex and large cross-functional engineering projects.
• Proven ability to influence without control through relationship building and negotiation.
• Passionate about quality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Security domain knowledge in software or hardware.
