Senior Investment Analyst

A well-established renewable energy investment fund is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to support its growing portfolio. This role offers exposure to financial modelling, deal execution, valuation analysis, and equity structuring within a dynamic and fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for renewable energy investments.

• Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and structuring.

• Conduct financial analysis to assess the viability and risks associated with potential acquisitions and investments.

• Support in structuring equity ratios and determining equity value for various transactions.

• Work closely with senior team members and external stakeholders to optimize investment strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate asset performance to provide insights on portfolio management.

• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a renewable energy fund.

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

• Experience with renewable energy transactions and infrastructure investments is highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of equity structuring and financial instruments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment.
