Summary of Responsibilities:
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits, and community networking.
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities.
- Assist in executing the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in handling international markets (Australia, Europe, USA, Russia).
- Proven track record of achieving targets, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken forms.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
