In our NIKE stores, we use special titles for our positions: for example, “Head Coach” for a store manager, “Assistant Head Coach” for an assistant manager, “Coach” for a department manager, “Lead” for a team lead, and “Athlete” designates sales associates.

As an Athlete, your mission will be to:

• Utilize your expertise in quality service and product knowledge to provide consumers with a premium brand experience.
• Assist Leads and Coaches in training new employees.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of various services (e.g., cashier duties, managing inventory, restocking products, organizing displays) and recommend suitable products to achieve sales goals.
• Leverage your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and in-store purchases or services.
• Inform consumers and new colleagues about NIKE products and services.
• Enhance your own knowledge through our tools and training to stay updated on sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture.
