About the Role :
Are you passionate about E-commerce, Digital Strategy, and Fashion? This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-growing fashion brand! As an E-commerce & Digital Assistant Intern, you’ll be an essential part of our digital team, reporting directly to the E-commerce Manager. You’ll contribute to the smooth operation and optimization of our two websites (EU & US) while helping to create a seamless online shopping experience for our global customers.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product pages (descriptions, uploads, cross-sells).
- Ensure products are correctly displayed and categorized on the EU website.
- Improve internal search engine results for better customer experience.
- Suggest and help create editorial collections to showcase key products & categories.
- Maintain an attractive and strategic merchandising layout.
- Keeping Website Content Up to Date
- Enhance informational pages (FAQ, Shipping, Size Guides) for clarity and efficiency.
- Support broader e-commerce projects to improve user experience and site functionality.
- Performance & Data Analysis
- Track product performance and analyze sales operations to provide insights to the team.
Qualifications :
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (or have an equivalent undergraduate degree with relevant experience).
- You have completed at least one internship in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing, giving you a solid foundation in the industry.
- You have a strong understanding of digital media and a keen interest in fashion and e-commerce trends.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize efficiently.
- You’re a problem solver with a proactive mindset—always looking for ways to improve and optimize.
- You have exceptional writing skills, an eye for detail, and a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- You are a self-starter, able to work independently while being a great team player.
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read) is essential, as our websites and internal communication are in English.
- You are proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace, and familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
