Description du poste
  • Making contact and managing incoming requests from prospects;
  • Qualifying prospects and entering the data collected into our CRM;
  • Prospecting from entrusted files and any potential target identified;
  • Presentation of DKV services and solutions;
  • Materialising the prospect's interest by arranging an appointment for the Field Sales team;
  • According to the potential identified in the prospect, manage the entire sales cycle (from identifying the need to signing the contract).
  • Follow-up of actions taken by sales staff after the meeting and until the contract is signed.

  • Results-oriented and able to overcome customer rejection
  • Fluent and professional in oral and written communication
  • IT skills: proficiency in Office 365, CRM preferably Microsoft Dynamics

You have a commercial temperament as a hunter, a good ability to listen and a facility to create the link with the customer as well as to maintain long-term partnerships.
