SEAFRIGO REUNION recherche dès à présent un Agent administratif import H/F, pour son agence située au PORT.

Principales missions :

1. Organiser de bout en bout les importations maritimes sollicitées par les clients.
2. Collecter, vérifier, rédiger les documents nécessaires au transport de marchandises.
3. Organiser la réservation du transport auprès des compagnies maritimes, des transporteurs routiers et auprès des divers sous-traitants de la chaine logistique.
4. Préparer et suivre les dossiers de douane en coordination avec le service interne douane.
5. Veiller au bon acheminement des marchandises confiées, et gérer les éventuelles réclamations ou litiges liés à un acheminement.
6. Rechercher des solutions de transports alternatives afin de répondre aux besoins des clients et permettant l’optimisation de la rentabilité.
7. Préparer, suivre ou contrôler la facturation d’opération de transit.

Profil recherché :

1. Formation BAC à BAC+2 avec une spécialisation en transport/logistique.
2. Expériences requises : 2 ans minimum sur un poste en logistique et transit.
3. Bonnes connaissances du domaine de la logistique dans le secteur agroalimentaire.
4. Savoir-être : esprit d’analyse, rigueur, excellent relationnel.
5. Permis B obligatoire.
