You will have direct responsibility over Sanofi Consumer Healthcare web assets transformation agenda, overseeing the overall product vision and strategy, the creation of the right user experience with a special focus on our Top 15 priority brands, the delivery in partnership with the Digital IT team, and maintenance of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare web presence on a global scale.

Main source of 1st party data for better insights and media optimization.
Driver of Brand consideration through reliable product information.
Reflection of Brand world and values helping build differentiation and preference.
2025 marks the start of an exciting new journey for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare with the separation from Sanofi. This unique role provides the opportunity to establish and drive a strong business led product vision that elevates the consumer’s experience with our brands, including our corporate brand, and drives performance.
Main responsibilities
Develop and implement a global product vision and web strategy, as well as outline and refine the objectives of brand (and non-branded) websites and the desired user experience with a special focus on our Top priority brands, that align with the Sanofi Consumer Healthcare overall business goals.
Ensure we keep driving excellence against benchmarks through regular checks to drive the right ambition with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and manage a team of internal and external product managers, product owners, design & UX experts and, operationally, web developers organized in feature teams. This team is based in different locations (Paris, Spain, offshore). Upskill and manage career development of internal team members, ensuring we can attract, develop and retain talent.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web projects and roadmap, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Identify opportunities for improvement. Establish and monitor OKRs. The scope includes circa 150 websites with a special focus on top 62 websites.
Analyze website performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve site functionality and user experience. Run quarterly performance reviews with Global Brand teams to share progress and align action plan.
Ensure all websites comply with global security standards and data protection regulations.
Work closely with marketing and e-commerce / Growth Hub, Digital / IT, and other departments to ensure the web strategy supports broader company initiatives including company autonomy journey.
This role is crucial for ensuring that Sanofi Consumer Healthcare web presence is cohesive, effective, and aligned with its global strategy.
About youBachelor or Master in Marketing or Business School
10 years of experience in product management, web development or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully developing, launching, and managing digital products.
Familiarity with digital marketing is beneficial as it plays a key role in promoting brands and products online. This includes understanding of SEO and content marketing. Understanding the collection and mostly reusage of 1P data in a compliant way, and how to turn it into ROI is also important.
Must understand how to build a globally commerce-ready CMS that meets industry-standard load times and optimizes the consumer experience for conversions where commerce is applicable.
FMCG or travel industry background is a plus.
strong strategic thinking and consumer first approach are necessary to advise the brand teams and develop and execute a clear enhancement strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Strong appetite for UX, Design and delivering meaningful consumer centric experiences based on clear persona understanding
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and web analytics tools.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate and align product vision with senior stakeholders and collaborate with global teams. Fluent in English.
