Your Mission
We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Engineer to join the Software Integration team. The Software Integration team’s mission is to explore, integrate and maintain best-in-class external software, that enable the internal teams to fulfill their mission with efficiency, productivity, and comfort. Your role within our 4-people Salesforce Squad will be to develop, maintain and scale our Salesforce Platform as a core asset of our internal stack. The scope includes the following Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Experience Cloud, and Platform. Working closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams, this is an excellent opportunity for hands-on exposure to Product & Tech challenges at one of France's fastest-growing scale-ups.
Your Responsibilities
- Participate with our stakeholders in the business needs refinement and define ETAs alongside with the Product Manager and the Platform Lead.
- Design, develop, test and maintain business features by applying all the Salesforce good practices and technical guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members throughout rituals such as stand-up meetings, sprint plannings and much more.
- Keep an eye on all the new features & tools proposed by Salesforce in their releases to suggest improvements in our implementation.
Your Qualifications
- You have a strong Salesforce product knowledge and 2+ years of Salesforce administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, including advanced UX and Flows.
- Salesforce Admin certification, Service Cloud Consultant and other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- You have a first experience in managing critical Salesforce projects, with a high level of build and run.
- You are organized and rigorous, following best practices regarding setup quality, testing, and documentation.
- You have excellent communication skills with various levels of stakeholders; you are able to follow in autonomy technical & functional guidelines described by Lead & PM.
- You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks.
- You are fluent in English.
