Working within ESCP's Executive Education & Corporate division and reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, you will manage the Paris Sales & Admissions team to achieve recruitment and sales targets. In this role, you will work closely with the European Coordinator and Sales & Admissions Managers across all campuses and play a key role in supporting the strategic and operational aspects of sales and admissions for Executive Education programmes and certificates.

Main activities

  • Manage and coordinate the Paris sales teams to ensure sales targets and growth are met.
  • Regularly monitor, analyse and report on sales results and recruitment KPIs, comparing results with forecasts to inform strategy.
  • Design and implement innovative sales initiatives to promote ESCP programmes and improve lead conversion.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between sales and admissions to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
  • Work closely with the European Sales and Admissions Coordinator for Continuing Education and the Sales and Admissions Managers at all campuses.

Admissions

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the admissions team, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Standardise and improve processes to ensure accurate and timely data transfer to the finance department.
  • Implement operational improvements to optimise the customer experience.
  • Work closely with the European Sales and Admissions Coordinator for Continuing Education and the Sales and Admissions Managers at all campuses to ensure proper monitoring of activities.

Secondary activities

  • Participate in a European task force dedicated to the development and improvement of existing programmes.
  • Develop relationships with companies to encourage their human resources departments to reference ESCP Executive courses in their internal catalogue.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 3 / 4 years post-secondary education or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' successful experience in B2C sales and team management, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in B2B sales would be a plus.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, results-oriented and team-oriented.
  • Very good command of English and French (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in the Office package (Word, Excel and CRM).
