Specialising in tactical role-playing games (Tactical RPGs), Tactical Adventures is a video game development and publishing studio created in Paris in July 2018.
You can already roll the dice and create your characters in our first game: Solasta: Crown Of The Magister, published in May 2021.
Our team of experts and enthusiasts is currently split between Paris and Lyon. We plan to remain a studio on a human scale.
Lead Character 3D Artist

Position Duties
As part of its expansion, TACTICAL ADVENTURES is looking to add a Lead Character 3D Artist to its ranks.
Reporting to the Art Director, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing production guidelines for characters and creatures for internal and external teams;
- Modelling (High and Low Poly) and texturing (UV, baking, textures) characters and creatures based on concept art in compliance with the established DA and the technical constraints established in pre-production;
- Supervising the 3D Character Artists, providing your expertise to ensure the production of consistent, high-quality models;
- Working closely with our Lead Animator to ensure models are seamlessly integrated;
- Ensuring quality control on models produced externally by validating the various stages of production.
Candidate Profile
- You must have 10 years of experience in a similar position in video game development;
- You are familiar with Zbrush and Painter and have some knowledge of Unreal Engine 5;
- You are interested in medieval and fantasy worlds.
NICE TO HAVE
- You are fluent in English;
- You have knowledge of the Software: Character Creator;
- You are rigorous, organised, autonomous, a self-starter, a good communicator, and comfortable working as part of a team;
- You are familiar with role-playing games, especially Dungeons & Dragons, and have a good sense of humour.
