As Head of Global Procurement Digital & Logistics within our Procurement team,
the key focus of this role is to build, align and execute the different category strategies, to support the Digital and business transformation related to the separation journey, to align and support the supply network design evolution, to drive commercial negotiations and contracts in line with Business priorities and objectives, to develop the team in view of being performing in an FMCH environment.
Leading a 5 people organization, you will play an active role in driving Opella. transformation. Building the strategic supplier relationship to accelerate and secure the transformation, to improve the service level while decarbonizing the supply chain. He/she will be contributing to the digital transformation in close collaboration with the Digital team and the Transformation Office.
As part of the challenger and game changer mindset, your ability to work closely with the stakeholders and to adjust the ways of working, disrupt, when needed, the processes is instrumental to his/her success.

Main Responsibilities
Strategy
- Develop, implement & execute competitive and innovative Procurement category strategies:
- based on market intelligence: assessing risks and opportunities
- Budget & Strategic Plan fully aligned with Business while delivering added value
- Lead, manage and coordinate the overall collaboration with Business Partners
- Sustainability as part of the strategy DNA: fully embedded into the projects, supplier awards and business decisions
Contract & Relationship Management
- Ensure compliance with master service agreements and/or specific contracts are in place and terms and conditions of master service agreements and/or specific contracts,
- including the service / technical agreement are met by all parties in the contract
- Build and implement best-in-class strategies policies while challenging the demands
- Monitor the contract life cycle and proactively manage negotiation phases with involved operational teams (i) in the set-up of a contract or (ii) request of quotation (RFQ) related to a strategic Supplier/Distributors
- Ensure that risk management assessment and risk mitigation strategies are in place in close collaboration with the Business
- Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program for the Domain
Business Collaboration & Partnering
- Business Partner role to CIO, Head of Manufacturing and Supply, Head of Supply chain
- Facilitate and build collaborative Business Partnering across the Business Unit internally and across the supplier network
- Build and maintain strong interfaces and collaborations with other departments like HR, Finance.
People Management
- Lead, manage and develop a Global team across different countries and provide the right direction and guidance regarding their specific supplier management and partnership activities, own objectives, way of improvement.

About You
- Fluent in English, plus French
- University degree in engineering/process, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 15 years’ experience in a Management or Transversal role with proven record in term of change management and result delivery - plus experience in Consumer Health Care or FMCG
- Experiences in both Supply chain and Digital as well as Procurement would be ideal
- Extensive leadership skills/experience with proven track record in building and leading cross functional teams
- Strong capability to manage business and interact with executive level: internal and external stakeholders, Suppliers, and complex environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to build sustainable business connectivity
- Highly effective communication skills
- At least 5 years of People Management
- Solid understanding of both Procurement and Operations; a combination of functional
- International and multi-cultural mind set
- Outstanding leadership and change management skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Solid understanding in Cost management, budgeting and controlling - ability to understand and explain a P&L to pilot financial performance
- Highly effective communication & leadership skills to engage / motivate / lead teams
- Strongly continuous improvement oriented
