We are looking for a great and talented Workplace Security Services Manager to join our team, lead the Workplace safety and security services and support their day-to-day delivery.
Your mission:
- Design, develop, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Manage security services provider contract toward excellence and operational efficiency, by making sure they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of security services to identify areas for improvement, to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Implement and own Workplace building Safety, Fire & evacuation protocols, exercises.
- Implement KPIs and monitoring process to ensure the level of services is matching our standards, review and change contract services where required.
- Develop and implement a security experience and a comprehensive security culture across the company.
- Foster a proactive security mindset among employees through training and engagement programs.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree level qualification in any of the following fields: Security or risk management.
- Professional certifications required: SSIAP 2 and 3, SST, etc.
- At least 7 years of professional experience to build Security Operations in a complex and international environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven knowledge & experience of: IGH, ERP CDT, and local security regulations.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response planning.
- Ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.
- Experience with security technology and systems (CCTV, access control, surveillance, Fire system, UAE..).
