Operations Intern H/F

SAFECUBE is developing a revolutionary and cost-effective solution to track and steer intercontinental transportation with Low Power IoT technologies and networks. Thanks to our SaaS platform with predictive and supply chain planning functionalities, we are able to provide full visibility in real-time to our customers on their international shipments (geolocation, temperature, humidity, shock, container opening,...) and give them the right levers to reduce their logistic cost, inventory level, and insurance costs.

We are looking for an intern to work with the Operations Manager on operational and functional subjects.

Responsibilities

1. Support operations linked with projects (trackers configuration, logistics, follow-up of flows).
2. Contribute to platform management and follow-up with customers on pilots and signed contracts (settings, account management, support).
3. Take part in platform functional improvement (Identify improvement axis / Log bugs detected on the platform / validate bugs resolution).

Requirements

1. Fluent in French and English (written, spoken).
2. Good communication skills.
3. Being rigorous & having analytical skills.
4. Problem-solving aptitude.
