Barista

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming café atmosphere. If you have a strong background in coffee-making, hold a barista certificate, and are fluent in English, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, engaging with guests and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, including coffee machines and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels, restock ingredients, and ensure quality control.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (preferably in a specialty coffee shop or café).
• Barista certification is highly preferred.
• English proficiency is a must (both spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso extraction, and latte art.
• Passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
