Senior Business Development Manager EMEA mfd

We are looking for a New Senior Business Development Manager for the EMEA region to be responsible for building strategic relationships and closing opportunities with key partners with a global footprint, achieving sales goals and subscriber acquisition focused on the following sectors: Telecommunications, Retail/ecommerce, Media, SVOD, and financial services.

The role will primarily focus on developing our partnerships in Eastern Europe, in particular Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, and Serbia, with opportunities to expand to other geographies.

What you will do:

• Drive partnerships pipeline: origination, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic opportunities with industry leaders across sectors including telecom, retail, media & entertainment, hardware, financial services, and more.
• Support team leaders in prospection and origination of new opportunities.
• Pitch existing and new innovative business programs to grow Deezer's partnerships revenues.
• Maintain and document sales and deals pipeline with global tools and benchmark against similar deals in other regions.
• Manage complex contract negotiations with partners and all key stakeholders involved with or affected by B2B projects.
• Inform and communicate with internal project stakeholders by articulating opportunities and maintaining clear documentation on the opportunities supported by PMO functions.
• Embody Deezer's core values in your local market, be an ambassador for our global partnerships team, and participate in events to network and identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

This role is excellent for a person with:

• 5 years international experience in business development or partnerships in or related to the following sectors: hardware or consumer electronics, media, retail, or telecommunications in a partnerships or business development role. Partnerships experience with leading companies in Eastern Europe is a plus.
• Proven track record of autonomous project leadership, executing, negotiating, and closing complex partnerships and deals with large companies and exceeding business goals.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities to influence outcomes externally and internally, including at senior executive level.
• Analytical mindset & strategic thinker, very hands-on and autonomous.
• Strong performer with high level of self-organization and prioritization abilities.
• Proactive collaborative mindset bringing motivation and great energy to a team.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with experience working internationally and across cultures. Fluency in German is a plus.
