Our client is a cutting-edge Web3 infrastructure company building the next generation of blockchain solutions. They are launching their own high-performance blockchain and rolling out a suite of DeFi and fintech products aimed at redefining the financial landscape. With a strong focus on scalability, security, and usability, they are looking for a Product Manager with deep expertise in DeFi protocols and exposure to fintech to drive key initiatives.

The Role :

As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of core DeFi and fintech products, working closely with engineering, business, and design teams. The ideal candidate must be DeFi-native, with a strong background in derivatives, lending protocols, or perpetuals, coupled with fintech exposure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead product development for the company’s DeFi and fintech offerings, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Define and drive the roadmap for launching the new blockchain (SVM-based), including ecosystem growth strategies.
• Oversee the development and scaling of a DeFi protocol, focusing on lending, derivatives, and perpetuals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, partnerships, and compliance teams to bring products to market.
• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to shape product strategies.
• Ensure a seamless user experience while maintaining security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with Web3 communities, developers, and institutional partners to drive adoption.

Ideal Candidate :

• Deep DeFi Experience : Proven track record in DeFi protocols, ideally with experience in perpetuals, derivatives, or lending platforms.
• Fintech Exposure : Previous experience working at the intersection of DeFi and fintech, particularly payments, neobanks, or card products.
• Blockchain & Web3 Native : Hands-on experience in blockchain product development, with a deep understanding of smart contracts, liquidity, and decentralised financial ecosystems.
• Product Management Expertise : 4+ years in product management within Web3, fintech, or DeFi. Ability to define roadmaps, lead teams, and drive execution.
• Technical Fluency : Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, DeFi mechanisms, and Layer-1 / Layer-2 scaling solutions.
• Go-To-Market Skills : Experience launching and scaling products in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• User-Centric Approach : Passionate about building seamless, user-friendly financial products.
• Strategic Thinker : Ability to balance technical feasibility with business impact, driving growth and adoption.
