About You

As the Sales Manager - Europe, you will lead and develop a team of 5 Account Executives (AEs) across Europe and the Rest of World (ROW) territories. You will drive growth by fostering a high-performance culture, managing your own sales quota, and refining market-specific strategies to position our solutions effectively. This role combines leadership, strategy, and direct sales responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to impact our global expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a high-performance, highly accountable sales culture to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Coach, manage, and develop Account Executives to identify and address skill gaps, providing ongoing training and support.
  • Own and manage a personal sales quota while supporting AEs in strategic accounts and high-stakes negotiations.
  • Understand market differentiators across Europe and ROW territories, tailoring positioning and messaging for each region.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Proactively monitor the sales pipeline and forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with regional objectives and Revenue Operations to optimize workflows and tools.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding personal and team quotas in competitive markets.
  • Experience working across diverse European and ROW markets, with a strong understanding of regional nuances.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire sales teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform strategies.
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts to align with company objectives.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
