Remote Product Designer - Lago

THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

• This role is based either in-office in Paris in our gorgeous new office in the 10th arrondissement, and/or remote in a timezone that is +2/-2h from CET.
• We're a team of 25 today, and we're all about Product, FinTech and Open Source.
• Our Product is tech-driven, as we process and structure a lot of data, and build for a growing number of customers and developers so we have numerous exciting Design challenges!

Your role includes:

• A mixture of hands-on design work as well as having impact on Product Strategy.
• Communicate with engineers and business members of the team alike to take action on product solutions.
• Be a part of the growth of the Design Team.
• Understand customer needs and challenges.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A solid Product Designer with a library of interesting and popular Products in the portfolio (bonus if they have been B2B or Fintech-specific Products!).
• Experience in/Desire to work across some Product Management responsibilities as well as making creative impact on the design.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, Startup environment with moving goalposts and exciting delivery schedules.
• Excellent understanding of the end-user.
• A real appetite for the early stages of co-creating a product and shaping Lago's future.
