Position: Customer Service Specialist Location: Hybrid working, Bordeaux, France Contract: Maternity cover, starting December 2024 (5 months) with potential for a permanent role
The Role:
A renowned global organisation dedicated to supporting healthcare providers, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a maternity cover basis, with a chance to transition into a permanent role. Reporting to the Managing Director of France, you’ll play a key role in providing technical support, coordinating service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer technical assistance to customers for equipment issues or malfunctions.
Liaise with technicians to coordinate timely service interventions.
Prepare service quotes in accordance with pricing guidelines.
Assist technicians and sales representatives in handling complex technical matters.
Conduct training sessions on equipment for both customers and technicians.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Your Profile:
Education: BAC or BAC+2 in electrical engineering or industrial maintenance.
Experience: 2+ years in a related field (such as field technician or customer support).
Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills; expertise in electronics, automation, and mechanics.
Language: Proficient in English (B2 level) and fluent French.
