How to contribute to our vision:

We are currently seeking a Cost Controller H/F who will join the team responsible for product cost control. In this role, you will help provide clear, precise, and insightful analysis and commentary on the financial aspects related to production at the blade and nacelle factory in Le Havre.

The role involves conducting detailed financial analyses, controlling costs, and establishing budgets and forecasts.

You will interact with other departments, as well as with your counterparts in the UK, Denmark, and Germany to gain a deep understanding of the management control and reporting processes in the existing group factories.

Your roadmap to start with us:

  • Analyze process times, productivity, and labor utilization.

  • Monitor production orders and conduct monthly variance analyses.

  • Prepare forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual), budgets, and various financial reports; analyze actual figures against the budget and forecasts.

  • Manage various financial projects, develop routines, improve reporting tools, and drive automation within the Controlling & Finance department.

  • Regular communication with your contacts within the factory to support ad hoc financial topics, directly liaising with operational staff.

This position is a permanent contract based in Le Havre (76).

Your essential strengths to make a difference:

  • You have a successful first experience in management control in the industry (minimum 5 years excluding internships/apprenticeships), ideally in a large international group with a matrix organization.

  • You hold a Master's degree in Audit, Finance, or Management Control.

  • You have a strong affinity for industrial management control and related indicators.

  • You have a good understanding and practical experience of accounting principles, including closing processes, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • You possess very good computer skills (advanced Excel level) and have experience working with SAP (SAP 4HANA).

  • You demonstrate flexibility and can integrate and evolve in a multicultural environment. You are fluent in both French and English.
