The MSE (Mars Supply Excellence) regional coach will drive operational excellence by ensuring that the MSE deployment in the region is in line with the ambition. The MSE Coach will be the change agent to coach and train the Regional Supply team and the Factory management teams on the effective deployment of key MSE strategies and processes. The MSE regional coach is accountable for MSE capability building of Sites in the region.
Success will be measured by the results achieved by the sites in terms of operational performance improvements, capability building and demonstration of desired behaviors, measured through the MSE maturity audit.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical degree
8+ years of experience in leading in a manufacturing, supply chain environment
5+ years of experience working with and understanding TPM principles and methods (specifically, AM, PM, FI, and FMOS) with a proven track record of leading operational excellence improvements
Multi-plant and / or multi-unit projects experience
Training in Project Management, food safety, associate safety, P&L principles, and Supply / Manufacturing practices
Fluent in English & French
Lead Implementation (design & execution of MSE processes vs Framework)
Lead Auditing & diagnostic
Build capability (general MSE / Technical capabilities/Loss reduction/Digital) across Regional supply teams and Factory management teams and provide input for MSE Academy training program planning process to ensure regional training needs are met
The MSE coach will display competence in TPM combined with job expertise in AM, PM, FI and daily management systems to drive effective loss reduction activities through sites Go&See.
As a continuous improvement manager, they will drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, utilizing the MSE framework to know (analyze), improve and sustain organizational performance.

Actively participate in CoP/CoD to share learnings and best practices
