Tech Lead - SIRH H / F

This role will manage a team of 14 employees (ocean freight and air freight). The main responsibilities of this position will be:

• Strategic: Responsible for delivering the overall vision, strategies, developing resources, and executing the office targets.
• Managing and leading: The operations team.
• Budgeting: Managing the operations budgeting as well as full participation in total operations financial planning / focusing.
• Compliance: Key responsibility for compliance and documentation for operations.
• Performance Metrics: Setting / aligning on key performance metrics and setting up performance standards within operations.
• Customer Focus: Responsible for key customer’s ‘front end” relations / development with a focus on continuous growth of existing as well as new customer & business portfolio in line with PSA BDP strategy. Acts as a PSA BDP ambassador / spokesperson representing the company with local governments, local partners, customers, and communities, including participation in local boards.
• Innovation: Continue process review, development & enhancing of productivity, use IT tools wherever possible. Cost-saving initiatives and contribute to overall business innovation (be that from a front on backend / process efficiency / streamline perspective).
• Safety and Compliance: Building the team with knowledge on compliance and safety.
• Talent Management: Identify right talent, ensure proper induction and training.
• Development Planning: Prepare the development plan ensuring the leadership pipeline necessary to secure the growth plans focused on upscaling & growing capability within the operations teams.
• Office Management: Office manager for Roissy office.

Job Requirements:

• Commercial knowledge with an excellent understanding of P&L & Financial planning & cost management.
• High Customer focus (internal / External) with a strong understanding of managing relationships and developing new opportunities.
• Ability to deal with complex subjects across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
