Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding transportation services, including bookings and schedules
3. Effectively resolve customer complaints and develop solutions to ensure satisfaction
4. Educate customers about services offered and guide them through the process
5. Document interactions accurately to improve service quality and provide feedback
6. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance service delivery and customer experience

1. Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
5. Ability to work in a team and independently while managing time effectively
6. Willingness to relocate to Greece for this opportunity
7. Interest in the transportation industry is a plus
