Blue Legal have partnered with a leading accountancy firm, based in Northern Ireland, to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer with expertise in professional services, a creative approach to business development, and a passion for fostering growth.
The Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm’s website, social media, and digital channels to ensure consistent, engaging content aligned with the brand.
- Organise and promote client seminars, webinars, and industry events to showcase expertise and foster client relationships.
- Develop newsletters, case studies, and success stories to highlight the firm’s achievements and attract inbound leads.
- Keep the team informed through regular updates and by maintaining the internal SharePoint site.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals, collaborating with teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support the team with research and insights to identify and engage potential leads effectively.
The Candidate:
- Previous BD / Marketing experience, ideally in professional services.
- Familiarity with accountancy or financial services is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to create compelling content.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Degree in Marketing or a related business field.
