Overview and purpose of role :

Under the leadership and guidance of the store manager, the Stock Associate has a fundamental role to support a performant store activity ensuring correct stock consolidation, efficient transfers and regular perfect stock takes. As Stock Associate, your role is to maintain a perfect level of stock with no discrepancies and make it accessible to the Sales Associates' team. You should be tidy and well organized to support the sales team in offering our customers the smoothest experience.

Key Responsibilities of the role :

• At Christian Louboutin, customer service can also be internal.
• Manage defective stock meticulously and in a timely manner, escalating any issues or concerns.
• Entering inputs and outputs in the stock control software Y2 ensuring ongoing optimization of the stock and availability of the goods.
• Organizing the storage space in order to have the best accessibility to the products.
• Carrying out weekly consolidations requested by hierarchy, proceed end of season stock clearance.
• Manage the replenishment of merchandise and marketing tools in collaboration with managers.
• Proactive in giving new and relevant propositions for stock optimization in order to avoid overstocking and sold out.
• Preparing and carrying out precise and rigorous fiscal and rotating inventories.
• Assist with all receiving / shipping and inventory related paperwork.
• Opening of the boutique in security according to the needs and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with the business on company calendar to forward plan for external events and seasonal changes in the business.

Stock Management Responsibilities :

• Storage of the collections produced for the fashion shows of the designers with whom we work each season (ready-to-wear Oct & March + Haute Couture Jan & July).
• Storage of the prototypes we collect from the comic strip each season (SS & FW).
• Storage of pairs produced for the photo department after use on shoots.

Press Stock Management :

• Destocking of all collections at the end of the season.
• Responding to all requests from other departments to borrow samples.
• Respond to all requests from other foreign offices to borrow samples.

Results Driven :

• Actively striving to support sales team in achieving key performance indicators.
• Proactive in taking all necessary initiative and respecting every process to achieve theft and shrinkage company targets.
• Demonstrating competent awareness of our overall business performance and the surrounding market / industry.
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of our brand culture and DNA.

Team Work :

• A proactive member of the team, working towards achieving tasks set and meeting store targets.
• Partnering effectively and collaboratively with all team members.
• Assisting the management team to support daily operations or back office activities.

Skills and Requirements :

In order to deliver the main responsibilities of the role, you will need the following skills :

Technical skills :

• Proven experience in a retail company; luxury or service environment is a plus.
• Proven experience in stock handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of logistic software or adaptability to new systems / processes.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of merchandise.
• Rigor and organization with a strong service orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Your manager will analyze the tidiness of the stock and results of the inventories.
• Individual daily and monthly sales targets will be set.
