The AXA Group Operations teams are composed of:
  1. Group Technology Operations and Group CIO: Define AXA's global IT strategy; promote IT convergence within entities and provide them with shared services;
  2. Group Security: Protects employees, our stakeholders, and the AXA brand by securing information and managing cybersecurity, physical security, and operational resilience;
  3. Group Emerging Technology and Data: Defines the group's data maturity ambitions; builds and manages the community; conducts research and expertise; assists less mature entities in terms of data; identifies cutting-edge technologies and develops disruptive ones for entities; creates use cases on specific technologies with entities;
  4. Group Procurement and Sourcing: Defines AXA's procurement strategy, its guidelines, and group standards; manages relationships with our strategic suppliers and accelerates business purchases;
  5. GO Strategy/Finance & Group SPM: Ensures the alignment of global projects with the Group's strategy; oversees the implementation and performance of strategic projects;
  6. GO General Secretary & Risk: Defines the risk management framework and ensures its proper integration into the design of our products and procedures to facilitate decision-making in a more secure environment;
  7. GO Transformation: Accelerates agile transformation within Group Operations; establishes and implements a common communication and HR strategy for our division;
  8. GO Business Operations: Provides shared services aligned with AXA's business priorities.

Position Overview:
As a communications Officer within the People Development and Wellbeing (PDW) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing communication strategies that align with the objectives of the PDW team. Your responsibilities will span across internal communication planning, event coordination, content creation, document management, data collection, and evaluation of communication strategies. You will work closely with various teams within the PDW group to ensure effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders.

Main missions:
  1. Communication strategy development and planning:
    Develop and implement internal communication strategies by gathering the specific needs of different teams within the PDW group. Design and update a comprehensive communication plan that outlines key initiatives and objectives.
  2. Event coordination:
    Organize and facilitate internal events such as monthlies, quartlies, and Offsites. Manage event logistics such as agenda preparation, speaker and participant coordination, sending invitations, and creating presentations and icebreakers. Utilize collaborative tools like Klaxoon to enhance participation and engagement during meetings and group projects.
  3. Content creation:
    Produce various communication materials including best practice guides, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and monthly one pagers. Craft and disseminate content across internal platforms such as Microsoft Teams, intranet sites, and specific channels. Write and publish articles on topics like diversity and inclusion, training programs, and upcoming events, aimed at promoting internal initiatives.
  4. Data quality and Data analysis projects:
    Participate in data quality projects to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used within the PDW team. Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategy formulation within the team.
  5. Data collection and reporting:
    Analyze learning data and budget consumption by divisions and departments. Utilize Excel and other data tools to collect, organize, and report data, supporting the team’s operational. Develop and present data-driven reports that provide actionable insights for the PDW team and other stakeholders.
  6. Document management:
    Update and maintain key internal documents, ensuring they reflect the latest changes in team offerings and training programs, and ensuring their accessibility.
  7. Evaluation of internal processes:
    Conduct surveys and other feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and data initiatives. Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve communication efforts and data quality projects.

Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong experience in communication
  2. Proficient in content creation across various formats (written, visual, multimedia).
  3. Understanding of data quality principles and data analysis techniques.
  4. Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  5. Excellent event planning and coordination capabilities.
  6. Familiarity with collaborative tools like Klaxoon and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams.
  7. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  8. Experience in managing and updating internal documents and data management systems.
  9. Language: English is mandatory (operational proficiency)
