Summary of Responsibilities:

1. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
2. Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or other approved payment methods
3. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconcile discrepancies
4. Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
5. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns or issues that may arise
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations to meet guest satisfaction
8. Resolve customer complaints regarding payment issues
9. Assist with inventory management and restocking

Minimum Requirements:

1. Only for Indonesian Citizen
2. Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
3. Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
4. Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
5. Attentive to detail and accuracy
6. Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
9. Diploma in Accounting, F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
