Edenred is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategy and Change Manager to lead and manage the change aspects of a major finance transformation program named LIFT (Let’s Imagine our Finance Transformation) program, through which the Edenred Finance Management Leadership intends to turn the whole finance function into a more efficient, cost-effective and compelling organization, acting as a true sparring partner for the business while still being the warrant of financial processes and reports by 2028.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of new processes, information systems, and organizational structure within the finance function in a complex, multi-business, and geographies corporate environment.
You will report to the Consolidation, Reporting and Accounting Director, who is in charge of Global Reporting Teams in Finance and leading the LIFT program.
Your role will consist of:
- Setting the Foundations for Successful Finance Transformation:
- Establish clear program and stream objectives, key results (KR), roadmap, and key owners.
- Defining project governance:
- Develop capacity planning for project team and main contributors / ensure project team is fully onboarded in the transformation program.
- Monitor key results progress and map risks / identify mitigation actions to successfully deliver program’s objectives and key results.
- Monitor program budget (part of the budget / 3Y plan exercise).
- Build presentations for eGEC / senior management teams to communicate about program progress and take decisions.
- Engaging key stakeholders in the transformation program:
- Map key stakeholders (Group / BL / BU, finance & non-finance, external & internal) and understand their posture towards projects / initiatives.
- Identify program’s ambassadors and, with their support, engage key stakeholders in the transformation program.
- Build a communication plan to embark all the organization / the eQ / the finance community / the business in the transformation journey.
- Set up a pulse check and continuous feedback loop.
- Strongly contributing to Finance target operating model design:
- Understand current organization model and map gaps vs. target operating model design.
- Drive implications for current organizations in terms of change (detailed design / blueprint of new organization).
- Align with key stakeholders on the roadmap for implementing new operating model and monitor progress.
- Take feedback from BUs / BL / eQ to continuously improve organization design.
- Helping on selected projects / initiatives:
- Assist with selected projects or initiatives in case of lack of bandwidth / need for more structure and or expertise – e.g., target operating model definition & deployment, development & deployment of a new budgeting tool, specific training, etc.
Profile:
Graduated from a business school or master’s degree in finance and business administration (Bac +5).
Professional experiences:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance project management, transformation programs, or similar roles within a large, complex organization.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Strategic consulting firm.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Expertise in Change Management: Proven ability to lead organizational change and manage the human aspect of transformations effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional skills in building and executing comprehensive communication plans to onboard the entire organization, finance community, and business units in transformation journeys.
- Risk Management: Strong background in monitoring progress and mapping risks, with a focus on identifying and implementing mitigation actions.
