As an Assistant Manager of Client Relations in our billing company, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with the Client Relations Manager to oversee accounts, address client inquiries and concerns, and facilitate efficient billing processes. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in achieving departmental goals and providing exceptional service to our clients.
