We are looking for a person that fits in our motivated and dynamic sales team. Your responsibility will be to manage and develop one of our key Pan European Account.
We are looking for a person with significant experience in key account management, preferably in the sport/lifestyle industry. This role requires a strong sales mindset, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a great team spirit. The teammate will evolve in an international environment collaborating with different functions. You are ready to play a key role to make Under Armour one of the top sport brands in France and EMEA.
Your Impact
- Understand Under Armour overall - business unit and category objectives and strategies
- Manage and develop Under Armour account revenue
- Develop and run specific projects to support the business
- Build strong relationships with the account and deliver first class service level
- Establish and maintain a strong internal communication and relationship with the line Managers and X-functions (account service, finance, planning, merchandising, marketing)
- Identify and convert business opportunities
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations internally and with the account
- Develop a long term strategy and negotiate yearly budgets / trade terms
- Ensure excellent instore implementation of assortments
- Analyze sell out data to improve mutual business results throughout the season
- Excellent order management resulting in 100% delivery of the targets
- Understand and apply the Under Armour segmentation and differentiation policy
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations
Qualifications
- Educated to master’s degree level is preferred – minimum a bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Highly self-motivated and well organized
- Superior communication and persuasion skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in French
- Very good communication skills in English
