As part of the E-Commerce team, you will assist the E-Commerce Manager.

Missions:

  1. Coordinate scoping, development, testing of all Ecommerce’s projects linked to the technical roadmap.
  2. Manage Ecommerce technical roadmap, milestones and deadlines.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and external resources throughout the entire project’s life cycle.
  4. Identify and implement ongoing process improvements that would increase sales, reduce expenses, and improve the customer experience.
  5. Work cross-functionally to gather responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities.
  6. Analyze metrics to understand project performances.
  7. Manage Omnichannel projects to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, adherence to standard operating procedures, and high-efficiency completion of tasks.
  8. Design, build and implement new omnichannel initiatives across cross-functional teams by proposing, defining, and driving operational projects.
  9. Manage boutiques updates on store locator, Google My Business, and Omni-channel tools.

JOB PROFILE

  • Strong E-commerce and digital skills, preferably in the Retail & Fashion industry.
  • Experience as a Product Owner working closely with technical development teams with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing and making data-driven decisions on requirements and deliverables in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player, proactive, problem solver, and passionate about digital.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Considered a plus: data analysis skills (Google Analytics, ContentSquare, etc).

6 months fixed-term contract.
