ABOUT THE JOB (French version down below)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our Global Ecommerce & Client Team. This role focuses on implementing processes and managing daily back-office operations that have a direct impact on our business, including payment methods, fraud prevention, and supply chain flows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Process Implementation: Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance and own e-commerce back-office operation functions.
2. Payment & Fraud Methods Management: Oversee and optimize various payment gateways to ensure seamless transactions. Monitor transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activities, implementing necessary safeguards.
3. Supply Chain Feed Coordination: Manage upstream and downstream flows to ensure timely product availability and delivery. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with back-office functions, IT, and customer service & client care teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports to identify areas for improvement.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER

1. Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Prior significant experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in SAP.
4. Knowledge of Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent organizational and bias for action skills.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with payment gateway integrations and fraud detection tools.
2. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics management.
3. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
