Job Title: Diversity, Inclusion & Equity Lead
You will:
- Develop and implement a framework to support DEI, with a focus on gender and LGBT+ diversity in France. You will create and give visibility to diversity within our workforce, in line with company objectives. You will collaborate with Global DEI teams, Regional Talent leads, and business stakeholders to implement DEI guidelines and initiatives. You will share best practices and learning across sites to ensure global cohesion.
- Monitor compliance with legal requirements and signed commitments (EU, France, IATA, etc.) to keep us on track with targets. You’ll follow up on our adherence and progress, which will involve tracking KPIs and negotiating with unions, business stakeholders, and top management to ensure their buy-in, support, and deployment. You will ensure all impacted parties are properly informed and involved.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including management, specialists, and internal and external communities, to adapt the DEI framework for buy-in, deployment, and follow-up.
- Assess, review, adapt, and drive cooperation with partners and networks, including internal committees, external providers, and associations, and leverage their reach to benchmark and deploy actions.
- Assess, review, adapt, and drive current initiatives, including:
- Working with the Amadeus Women's Network and external associations to drive mentoring programs for women.
- Working with schools and associations to promote STEM jobs and education to girls and nurture a future pipeline.
- Taking actions to increase the representation of women and LGBT+ individuals in the leadership talent pipeline. Through structured listening, you will understand what is blocking their evolution and provide solutions to create more opportunities.
Tracking and Measuring Success
- Track and measure the success of France DEI initiatives. Ensure adherence to signed commitments.
- Provide regular reports, KPIs, and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives to management.
What we’re looking for:
- Knowledgeable about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience in project management in corporate functions such as HR, legal, finance, or similar.
- Experience with strategy building and understanding how to translate global goals into local reality and goals. Understanding of successful diversity and inclusion practices within tech companies.
- Proven experience in building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Independent thinker, accountable.
- Experience in organizing events, both online and offline. Familiar with various communication tools, such as social media.
- Effective public speaker to lead and engage in events.
- Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
