The Director of Operations acts as a strategic reference on the hotel’s operations and replaces the General Manager in his or her absence. The Operations Director oversees the operations of Front Office, bellman, F&B, Housekeeping, and Security. He/she develops and implements hotel operations strategies and ensures the implementation of projects and initiatives related to the brand. He/she ensures a high level of excellence in operations and their adequacy with the requirements of the guests and the brand, maximizes the satisfaction of the associates, and focuses on the axes of development of the revenue. He/she maximizes the financial performance of the company and increases customer satisfaction. As a member of the Executive Committee, he/she develops and implements hotel-wide strategies to meet the requirements of customers, brand, associates, and ensure adequate return on investment.
