Our mission is to disrupt the treatment of cerebral aneurysm by transforming a mainly emergency pathology (Hemorrhagic stroke) into a preventive approach.
In this objective, we developed a proprietary software suite combining AI and Digital twin technologies.
The Sim&Size software is a Class II medical device with CE mark and FDA clearance that has already been used to treat more than 15,000+ patients in 500+ hospitals in more than 40+ countries and we are continuing to increase our global footprint.
MissionAs our The Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in steering the financial and legal aspects of Sim&Cure. This position is ideal for an accomplished professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and possesses a comprehensive understanding of financial management and legal compliance within the MedTech sector.
Responsibilities- Financial Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis to guide decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Coordinate the consolidation and control of financial data from our headquarter in France and our subsidiaries.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of consolidated financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Legal and Compliance:
- Provide legal guidance and support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the MedTech industry.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage intellectual property matters, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape the company's overall strategic direction.
- Offer insights and recommendations on key business decisions, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
- Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or JD preferred.
- Ideally experiences in Audit + Transaction Services + previous Operational Experience in a start-up.
- Proven track record of success in financial management and legal roles, preferably within a start Up environment.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to a dynamic startup environment.
- English proficiency.
